Rules
Some of the rules have been updated for the start of the 2009 season, particularly concerning the Willows Cup competition.
At some point in the season you will probably have to umpire out in the middle for a few overs.

Umpiring Guide
No-balls (beamers) – if a fast or medium bowler delivers a ball that doesn’t bounce and gets to the batsman above waist height, the delivery should be called a no-ball, PREFERABLY BY THE SQUARE LEG UMPIRE BUT EITHER WILL DO. For slow deliveries, a no-ball beamer is anything shoulder height or above.
